And you don’t want to send them to school on an empty stomach because you know they’ll be hungry throughout the day and that it will distract them from learning.
But according to one author, forcing your kid to eat breakfast is the worst thing you can do. In fact, he even compares it to child abuse. What’s more, he says it puts kids at risk of developing type 2 diabetes and obesity.
