Single Mom Dresses Like a Man to Attend Son’s School Event

Being a single mom comes with a much different set of challenges. Raising a family alone requires that you perform the roles of two people, the father and the mother.

With no one to share day-to-day responsibilities or help making decisions, single parents can only rely on themselves to support for their children while they’re together. Hopefully single moms have extra support from family and friends.

When Whitney Kittrell became a single mother more than three years ago, she made a promise to herself that she’d do everything she could to give her kids a normal life.

The single mom wasn’t sure what to do after her kindergartner came home with a note about “Dads and Doughnuts Day” at her son’s school.
