Target held their first car seat trade in event back in April, where shoppers were able bring their used car seat to Target stores nationwide and trade it in for a coupon for 20% off any car seat in stores or at Target.com.
This was hugely successful, with parents bringing in over 1 million pounds of car seat material to be either recycled or upcycled.
