Do your tweens and teens drink soda? Do you ever monitor how much of it they are drinking? Well you better start keeping closer tabs on those caffeinated drinks that your youth may be consuming.

A pop here, a coffee there, a chocolate bar there… the amount of caffeine consumed can add up quickly.

Energy drinks especially shouldn’t be consumed by children and adolescents as they contain a ton of caffeine and other stimulants.
