It’s amazing what making a lifestyle change can do for your health, appearance, and well-being! Teen Mom OG star Tyler Baltierra is turning over a new leaf, and putting the focus on his health. A lot of people make changes to their lifestyle in the beginning of the year. New year, new you, right? Some people head to the gym, others quit smoking or drinking. And plenty of people use the changing calendar as an opportunity to make some important adjustments to their diet. Tyler must have realized he needed to do some things differently, and he made the commitment to pay more attention to what he puts into his body. The results are absolutely amazing!

Tyler posted a side-by-side on his Instagram, showing the drastic changes to his face and neck after losing 26 pounds in just 5 weeks. We love that he’s doing it the right way. It’s not easy to change your lifestyle, but it’s so important, especially when you’ve got small kids who need you at your best! Tyler’s wife Catelynn Lowell is also taking the necessary steps to get better; she recently re-entered treatment for depression and other issues. Both Tyler and Catelynn have struggled with depression in the past.
