A Mother’s Death Inspires Her Daughter to Bring More ‘Cuddle Beds’ Into Hospitals

Anyone who has ever had a loved one being cared for in a hospital knows how nice it would be to be able to cuddle up with them in their bed, to provide comfort not only for the patient, but for the friend or family member as well.

Some hospitals do have a limited number of ‘cuddle beds,’ which are beds that allow exactly that to happen but they are expensive, so the hospitals that do have them only have a very limited number.

After losing her mother to breast cancer, one woman and her family have decided to raise money to buy the hospital that treated their mother as many cuddle beds as possible.
