If there’s one phrase that I continually repeat it’s “I’m tired,” or “I’m exhausted.” And I’m not lying to you, either. Seriously, I never get to sleep. As a working mother to two small children who is trying to get shit done each and every day (and waiting for that 25th hour to appear on the clock) I always feel as though I never have enough time for anything. That’s why I end up sacrificing my sleep before anything else.
Luckily for people like me (and you, I’m sure), there’s something we can do about our lack of zzz’s. Apparently, there’s a gym offering nap classes to anyone looking to strengthen their sleep skills with a napercise. It sounds like heaven, right? Well I’m sure it is, as the class is taking more bookings than Soul Cycle and Cross Fit combined.
