When parents split up and there is a child involved, things can go one of two ways. Either there can be resentment between parents that the child might witness. Or the exes can be amicable.
Now when another person becomes a part of the equation – a new man or woman – there can be friction.
There could be even more resentment between the split couple, or a sense of competition between the new girlfriend and the mother of the child.
Or things can go really well, as in this case.
