This 9 Month Pregnant Woman Says Boxing Helps Ease Her Morning Sickness


I have to tell you, I give props to all these women who are out there killing it and still exercising even at 9 months pregnant! I’m not pregnant and I struggle to make it to my treadmill daily, so seeing women who are carrying around an extra person inside them making time to exercise is really quite inspiring.

Vicky Sims is a fitness fanatic who owns a boxing gym in Melbourne, Australia, and despite the fact that she’s due in less than a week, she’s still getting in the ring and claiming that this one exercise actually helped with her morning sickness!
