With all the choices we have in America, it seems like we still lag when it comes to decent parental leave and childcare options when it comes to the rest of the world. I’m sure everyone knows someone who has struggled to drop off their 6-week old baby at a childcare facility or take a huge chunk out of their monthly wage to pay for it.
Surely, that’s not the case everywhere but in some countries, it’s without a doubt that some parenting choices aren’t as difficult. Take for instance Australia. The country provides a customary $11,500 childcare welfare credit for working parents. Sounds like a sweet deal, right? Well, not for everyone. People are absolutely outraged that the Australian government has decided to strip them from their credit if they choose not to vaccinate their kids.
In other words, no jab, no pay!
